Notice for release of Jaguar Land Rover Automotive plc Q4 Fiscal 2023/24 results
- Tata Motors Group (including JLR) Q4 Fiscal 2023/24 results call on Friday 10 May at 2pm UK time
- JLR standalone Q4 Fiscal 2023/24 results call on Friday 10 May at 4pm UK time
Jaguar Land Rover Automotive plc (“JLR”) and its parent company Tata Motors Limited (“TML”) will be releasing results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2024 on Friday 10 May.
TML will be holding an investor call from 2pm BST (UK time) on Friday 10 May with a presentation on the TML Group results (including JLR results) for the quarter ended 31 March 2024, followed by a Q&A session.
JLR bondholders are welcome to join the TML call and to participate in the Q&A.
JLR will also hold a separate call on JLR results on Friday 10 May at 4pm BST (UK time) for JLR bond investor and analyst specifically interested in JLR.
TML Group Presentation and Call Logistics
The presentation on the results of the TML group as well as JLR and TML standalone businesses for the TML investor call will be uploaded to the TML website www.tatamotors.com/investors before the start of the call on Friday 10 May.

JLR Specific Presentation and Call Logistics
A presentation on the results of JLR (as included in the TML presentation) will be uploaded to the Results Centre area of the JLR website at https://www.jaguarlandrover.com/investor-relations shortly after TML uploads the TML Group presentation.

As the TML Group call and Q&A will cover both TML and JLR, for the Q&A in the JLR specific call, questions will only be taken from JLR bond investor and analyst participants.
